So out of breath.. only a half hour!! HAVEN’T BEEN THIS SORE IN SOO LONNGG!!  “30 minutes. Tabata is one of the best HIIT (High Intesity Interval Training) formats to help you achieve maximum results in minimum time. A Tabata sequence cycles 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise (work), followed by 10 seconds of active recovery (rest), repeated without pause, eight times for a total of four minutes.
