  • 2 cups water
  • flax seeds
  • kale leaf ripped
  • banana
  • small ice cubes
  • cacao powder
  • spirulina
  • sprouted buckwheat
  • soaked almonds
  • ripped up soaked date

>>on-the-go salad and a kale leaf, dried cranberries, sprouted buckwheat, and hummus
