Austin’s Eats!

People are always asking how to transition to vegan, I suggest trying vegetarian first, and this meal, although it is lacking vegetables, haha, is vegetarian!  Without even trying to avoid meat, this guy don’t need no meat to satisfy!

  • spaghetti and tomato sauce, garlic bread
  • pineapple
  • strawberry yogurt

All Austin’s gotta do: substitute his yogurt for something like:

  • apple with peanut butter
  • cucumbers/celery and hummus
  • banana or any fresh fruit
  • vegetable side dish like broccoli

and he’ll be on the road to superhero status!!
