YA this colds got me feelin pale.. hopefully these reds, oranges, and yellows will help ??
- sliced tomato, cucumber, broccoli, red bell pepper
- spinach, olive oil, mah ground flax, sliced carrot
- mango chuncks and a peeled orange on dah side!
Dinner with deep reds:
- mixed greens and spinach
- pickled beets, dried cranberries, hummus, sunflower seeds
- dessert on the side: peanuts and an apple ❤
